Fred and Mary recently married, but they can’t afford a honeymoon, so they spend their first night together at Fred’s parents’ house. The next morning, Fred’s younger brother, Johnny, wakes up and eats breakfast.

On his way to school, he asks his mother, “Are Fred and Mary awake yet?”

She responds, “No.”

Johnny asks, “Do you know what I think?”

His mother snaps, “I don’t want to hear what you think!” “Just go to school.”

At lunchtime, Johnny returns home and asks, “Are Fred and Mary awake yet?”

His mother replies, “No.”

Johnny asks, “Do you know what I think?”

His mother says, “Never mind what you think! “Eat your lunch and return to school.”

After school, Johnny returns home and inquires once more, “Are Fred and Mary awake?”

His mother says, “No.”

Johnny inquires, “Do you know what I think?”

This time, his mother sighs and says, “Okay, tell me what you think.”

Johnny explains, “Last night, Fred came to my room for Vaseline, and I believe I gave him my airplane glue.
